Experience Required: 4-5 years
Job Responsibilities:
• Drafting, vetting, and reviewing real estate documents, including sale deeds, lease agreements, development agreements, MOUs, and title reports.
• Conducting due diligence, title verification, and legal research on real estate matters.
• Advising clients on property transactions, regulatory compliance, and land laws.
• Coordinating with government authorities for property registrations and approvals.
• Assisting in dispute resolution and litigation related to real estate matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research legal issues and provide effective legal strategies and solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice.
• Collaborate with senior advocates and associates on complex cases.
• Manage case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
• Proficiency in Marathi is required.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, RERA, land acquisition, and contracts.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and research skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and work independently.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
