Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ReactJS Developer with a strong background in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in ReactJS, Redux, Material UI, Tailwind CSS, and should be comfortable working with backend APIs and databases. Knowledge of Java Spring Boot will be Good to have.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS, Redux, MUI, and Tailwind CSS.
• Implement reusable UI components and ensure seamless user experience across devices.
• Integrate front-end applications with back-end services using REST APIs (fetch/axios).
• Work with NodeJS, MySQL, and PgAdmin for server-side operations and database management.
• Apply best practices in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for high-quality, maintainable code.
• Optimize application performance and debug issues using browser developer tools.
• Manage code versions and collaborate using Git version control.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS and handle Tomcat server configurations.
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Continuously improve application UI/UX and suggest optimizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of professional experience as a ReactJS Developer.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, Redux, Material UI (MUI), and Tailwind CSS.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with NodeJS, MySQL, and PgAdmin.
• Familiarity with AWS deployment and Tomcat server.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience in working with RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in using Git for version control.
