Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the face of the company for new business and public relations.
• Connect and liaise with builders, developers, and institutional clients.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities in real estate and architecture.
• Drive marketing initiatives and promote the studio’s services.
• Represent the studio in events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.
• Travel within and outside the city to build relationships and explore prospects.
Required Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Deep understanding of the real estate and construction ecosystem.
• Street-smart, proactive, and target-driven approach.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development roles within the AEC industry is
preferred.
