Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Web Developer with deep expertise in .NET MVC and MS SQL Server to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate is an independent worker and will work closely with business stakeholders, cross functional teams to deliver high-quality, performance-driven solutions.
This is a client side role for a large mutual fund house, so domain knowledge would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Backend Development (.NET)
● Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC / .NET Framework
● Build robust APIs and backend services following best practices ~
● Optimize MS SQL Server queries, stored procedures, views, and indexes for performance ~
● Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control ~
● Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability ~
Frontend Development
● Develop responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery ~
● Work with modern frontend frameworks (Bootstrap) ~
● Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility ~
Database & Performance
● Design efficient database schemas and data models ~
● Handle complex joins, transactions, and large datasets ~
● Monitor and improve application and database performance ~
Architecture & Code Quality
● Follow clean code, SOLID principles, and MVC architecture ~
● Implement logging, exception handling, and debugging mechanisms ~
● Contribute to architectural decisions and technology improvements ~
Collaboration & Delivery
● Work closely with Technical, Project management and business teams.
● Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions ~
● Ensure timely delivery of features with high code quality ~

Required Skills
Technical Skills
● Strong experience in ASP.NET MVC
● Proficiency in C#
● Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server (queries, indexing, performance tuning)
● Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs
● Strong frontend skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
● Experience with Bootstrap / modern JS frameworks
● Familiarity with version control systems
Preferred / Good to Have
● Knowledge of Azure / IIS hosting environments
● Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
● Understanding of security best practices
