QUANTITATIVE DEVELOPER
Core Trading Systems · Systematic Trading Division
Full-time
1-2 Years Experience
C++ · Low-Latency · HFT

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're building the next generation of systematic trading infrastructure and looking for a sharp
Quantitative Developer to join our core engineering team. You'll work at the intersection of high performance
systems and financial markets - designing and optimizing the execution layer that
powers our trading strategies at microsecond precision.
This is a rare opportunity for an early-career engineer to take ownership of production-grade systems
from day one. You'll collaborate closely with quants, infrastructure engineers, and traders in a fastpaced,
technically rigorous environment where your code directly impacts trading performance.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
? Build and optimize trade execution systems that operate at microsecond-level latency
? Develop robust Order Management Systems (OMS) with a focus on correctness and
throughput
? Design HFT simulation environments and UAT frameworks to model real market conditions
? Enhance execution order logic and exchange connectivity across multiple trading venues
? Profile and tune system performance - reducing latency, improving throughput, and ensuring
reliability under load
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
? 1-2 years of hands-on C/C++ development in low-latency or performance-critical environments
? Strong understanding of trading systems, collocation infrastructure, networking, or execution
platforms
? Exposure to HFT environments, market microstructure, or simulation systems preferred.
? Solid grasp of multithreading, direct memory access, concurrency, lock-free data structures,
and system design patterns
? Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
