A pioneering advanced materials company specializing in the development and integration of Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) lab-grown diamonds for next-generation industrial, semiconductor, and thermal management applications. We solve critical thermal bottlenecks in high-power RF systems, AI GPUs, and advanced electronics.
We are expanding our commercial team and looking for dynamic, technically-minded sales and market intelligence professionals who can translate deep tech capabilities into strategic B2B partnerships.
Position Overview
? Location: Borivali, Mumbai (In-office)
? Open Vacancies: 3
? Experience Required: 1 to 5 years (Open to Junior, Mid, and Senior-level tracks)
? Department: Business Development &amp; Market Strategy
Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Technical Sales &amp; Account Management
? Manage complex, long-cycle B2B sales processes from initial technical discovery to contract execution.
? Act as a Technical Sales Engineer, bridging the gap between client R&amp;D/engineering teams and Q2 Diamonds’ technical capabilities.
? Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, strategic accounts, and high-value enterprise clients.
? Deliver high-impact technical presentations and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
2. Market Intelligence &amp; Lead Generation
? Conduct deep-dive market research to map global supply chains, identifying key players in target tech ecosystems.
? Track industry trends and competitor landscapes to identify new application areas for CVD diamond technology.
? Build and prioritize targeted lead lists from technical conferences, trade show data (e.g., SEMICON, SemiTherm), and industry directories.
Candidate Profile &amp; Qualifications
Core Experience:
? 1 to 5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, or Solution Selling.
? Proven track record of handling technically complex products and navigating long B2B sales cycles.
? Strong capability to collaborate closely with engineering, R&amp;D, and procurement departments.
Preferred Domain Expertise:
Candidates should have experience or deep familiarity with at least one of the following high-tech verticals:
? Semiconductors &amp; Electronic Packaging (e.g., GaN-on-Diamond, thermal interfaces)
? RF / Microwave &amp; Defense/Aerospace systems
? Advanced Materials &amp; Photonics
? Data Centers &amp; High-Performance Computing (HPC) cooling solutions
? Quantum Technologies &amp; Scientific Equipment
Skills:
? Exceptional communication and presentation skills (ability to simplify complex technical data).
? Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven market research and lead deduplication.
? Self-driven, entrepreneurial attitude capable of handling a multi-faceted role.
