We are looking at hiring 2 MBA in marketing with not more than 3 years of total work experience for the position of Sr. Exec - Marketing and Research
It's imperative the candidate have software services or product experience prior to their MBA.
Requisites:
�� MBA/BBA/BMS in Marketing or equivalent
�� Preferred Previous work experience in a Software Services or Product company
�� Skilled at making data-driven, high-end presentations and reports
�� Good at networking, client interfacing, market research
�� Excellent communication and English language skills
�� Target and goal-oriented
Job Description:
�� Incumbent shall be responsible for understanding and working with the organization's sales and marketing team
�� Incumbent shall work on acquiring data on industry and vertical-wise potential clients
�� Incumbent shall work on different and effective methods to reach the decision-maker at potential clients via emails, social network connections and calling
�� Incumbent shall work with the Marketing Head to create a GTM strategy for potential clients
�� Incumbent shall work on extensive market research and create a complete list of Competitors, their clients, service offerings, pricing and any other information that aids the organization in creating an effective marketing strategy
�� Incumbent shall work towards meeting weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly targets as mutually discussed and fixed with the Marketing Head
�� Incumbent shall create, maintain and regularly update an expansive sheet of data collected on potential clients and competition
�� Incumbent shall aid the Account Management team in identifying and exploring Account Mining opportunities with existing clients
�� Incumbent shall work closely with the Marketing Head in updating and recreating the organization's marketing paraphernalia, as and when required
�� Incumbent shall work on identifying key industry events, conferences, certifications suitable for the organization
