Knowledge of Crimping & Punching
Install Antivirus Server
Provide Remote Support
Maintain Antivirus Back up
Equipped with all necessary toolkit ( Hardware / Software)
Understand the problem before applying solution
Each and every visit engineer will have to make the service report and if the call is not completed then also engineer have to make the report of pending work.
Report to the coordinator the call details
Engineer can ask for the feedback of the call and it can be implemented in service call report
Daily, weekly & Monthly Back up
Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces
Log & keep records of Customer queries
Log calls with Service providers
Maintain Service Installation Reports
Good interpersonal & Customer service skills
Good accurate records keeping
