Job Description – Flutter Developer-3+years (Must)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer who is passionate about building high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Flutter and Dart, with a strong background in native Android and iOS development. This role involves working on end-to-end mobile app development, from design to deployment, and contributing to building robust, scalable, and user-friendly apps.
Skills Required
● Solid understanding of Flutter, Dart, Flutter UI, and animations
● Strong hands-on experience with the BLoC pattern for state management
● Experience with native technologies (Android/iOS)
● Knowledge of Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications, etc.)
● Proficient in working with REST APIs and JSON
● Strong understanding of design patterns (MVP, MVVM, MVC, etc.)
● Proven experience in building and managing production mobile apps
● Exposure to cross-platform technologies (Ionic, React Native) is a plus
● Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain multi-platform apps for iOS and Android using Flutter
● Implement micro code enhancements for mobile platforms (iOS/Android)
● Build and optimize Flutter widgets for both platforms
● Participate in analysis, design, implementation, and testing of applications
● Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences
Beneficial Skills
● Familiarity with web application development and client-server communication protocols
● Knowledge of iOS distribution profiles and certificates for App Store release
● Experience with UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
● Ability to thrive in a startup environment, with self-management and remote working capabilities
● Strong English communication skills
Qualification
● BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/Engineering (CSE) or equivalent
● 3–5 years of experience in iOS/Android (Java/Kotlin, Objective-C/Swift)
● Published one or more apps on Google Play or the App Store
