Assistant to CEO - Restaurant Management
Key Responsibilities:
Handle correspondence and communications, including drafting and
preparing documents, memos, and emails
Maintain accurate records and files, including legal documents,
contracts, and agreements
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including
maintaining corporate records and meeting minutes
Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, and other electronic files
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Provide support for special projects, events, and initiatives as assigned
Provide general office support, such as answering phones, greeting
visitors, and maintaining store supplies and equipment
Perform other administrative duties as required
Develop and implement purchasing strategies for the Central Kitchen
Identify potential suppliers and research to determine the
best products and services at the best price
Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
Support the procurement process from start to finish, including
negotiating contracts and terms of payment
Work with Outlets and Central Kitchen to ensure that the procurement
the process meets their needs
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand for goods
Ensure that purchasing activities comply with relevant policies
procedures, and legal requirements
Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory
Resolve disputes and vendor complaints
Manage and develop social media activities for the store
Prepare weekly reports of Issues, status and progress across outlets
and the central kitchen
