Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business goals
Lead the technology team, overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of payment gateway systems and infrastructure
Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the company’s technology platforms
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating relevant advancements into the company’s technology stack
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in technology processes and solutions
Collaborate with product, business development, and operations teams to ensure technology initiatives support overall business objectives
Manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources
Establish and enforce best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred
10+ years of experience in technology roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position in the fintech or payment gateway industry
Proven experience in developing and implementing technology strategies
Strong understanding of payment gateway technologies, including security and compliance requirements
