Job Title: Business Development Head
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and identify potential opportunities.
- Develop and manage the business development budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Mentor and manage the business development team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the payment gateway industry and market dynamics.
